Adrielle’s Watch is an informal, vigilante group that looks after the The Outlands. Most of their time is spent in Erinhir (50%) or The Cauldron (40%) given that the Haven City Watch has stations in The Dell and The Dwarrow.

Their leader is Culvhen, a golden-eyed elf who has developed an excessive fondness for brandy. He keeps in surreptitious contact with Adrielle concerning payment for his watchers’ work. There rest of the group is made up of 10 humans, elves, and halflings (see at right) who work for Culvhen. All of them do it for the money and care little what happens to the people they spot and capture.
There is a chance that a party will be under the scrutiny of Adrielle’s Watch and if so, there is an 8% chance (1 in 12) that some character in the players’ party will apparently fit the description of one of those being sought by the Watch. Should this happen, the party will be tailed (the average perceptiveness ratings for the Watch members is 13), and there will be a kidnapping attempt made if the Watch outnumbers the party by 3 to 2 or better, whenever the party reaches an unfrequented area.
Relationship with Haven City Watch
The realtionship is one of tolerance on both sides and Culvhen men will turn over apprehended criminals to the City Guard if any are nearby (40% chance). In some cases the “criminal” may be dropped off (a little worse for wear) at the nearest Guard Station. Otherwise, they will take things into their own hands.
