Description

A steaming fluid that is amethyst with gray flecks. It smells like pinapple, but tastes like lime.

Effects

The imbiber gains the ability of ventriloquism to project their voice up to sixty feet away. The voice can be as quiet as a whisper or as loud as a deafening shout at close range.

It will distract a creature for one round when used at its highest volume if it fails a DC 14 Intelligence saving throw. In combat, failing the saving throw means the creature will have disadvantage on all attacks on its next turn due to the ringing in its ears.

Only one creature per round can be affected in this way.

History

This potion was created by a monk who realized he needed to communicate verbally on occasion after swearing an oath that words would no longer leave his lips.
