Special Abilities

Ethereal Sight. The Echo of Constantine can see 60 feet into the Ethereal Plane when it is on the Material Plane, and vice versa.

Incorporeal Movement. The Echo of Constantine can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Actions

Unstable Temporal Touch.

Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature.

Hit: 17 (4d6 + 3) psychic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be affected by the Echo’s temporal instability, causing it to relive a past action. The DM can choose the past action, which could result in the target repeating an action, suffering the effects of a past injury, or experiencing a disorienting flash of a past event.
