# General Info
The second oldest, Valma, is the only one of Rowena's children who has married. Hanzal Matters, her husband, is a leatherworker from a merchant background who repairs tacks and saddles in a little shop located very close to the city's immense [[settlement/horse-market|Horse Market]]. He and Valma live with the rest of the Matters family in a crowded, but nicely maintained, two-story wood structure in the residential area west of [[settlement/the-street-of-harps|The Street of Harps]]. 
 
Valma is kept busy with her two children, and is already pregnant with a third. She is very content with her lot as a homemaker, having had no interest in studying magic. Rowena visits her daughter very rarely, on the way home from the shop. 
 
Valma never travels to [[settlement/the-heights|The Heights]], for she does not wish to deal with any catty remarks about her marrying beneath her station.
