# General Info
A handsome man of middle years, with dark hair and a well-kept goatee, and is always impeccably dressed. Rael is clever as a fox, devious as a dragon, and just as charming. 
 
 What Rael lacked in musical talent he made up for with ambition, and he now holds the post of Guild Magistrate, which gives him control over all petty disputes within the Entertainer's Guild. His dislike of the circus folk has much to do with the present unrest, and it is rumored that Rael's hand is always open when an important dispute must be judged. 
 
 Rael's parties at his luxurious home are legendary he is a lover of good food and wines, and his parties frequently are regular bacchanals, with ladies from [[settlement/the-street-of-silk-veils|The Street of Silk Veils]] as hostesses. 
 
 Rael is admired by some, liked by few, watched warily by many, distrusted by most. And there are some, like [[person/helvia-larksong|Helvia Larksong]], or [[person/largo-profundo|Largo Profundo]], who actually hate the man.
