# General Info
Tall, lean, dark-haired, with penetrating eyes. He has excellent connections with all the High Judges, and receives preference from all (a difficult feat, to say the least): +15% from Cardallo (who feels Huiel is no one to cross), +5% from Dagnir, +10% from [[person/ellian|Ellian]] and Herven, and +20% from Mindal.
