The Provenders represents all who provide and sell foodstuffs: butchers, bakers, green grocers, dairy, etc. Basically everything between the farm and the kitchen. They meet at the Guildhall of Provenders.
Gilberto Maggia is head of the guild and one of the five “great guilders” who control much of what happens in Haven (see Government of Haven).
