Ulguk, a tall, stocky half-orc woman who serves as the Dancing Horse’s head chef. Loud, blunt, and incredibly efficient, she treats the kitchen as her own kingdom, where her authority supersedes even Burton’s.
Griffen and Kerry are the two most prominent servers. Young halflings, they’re both recognizable by their wild hair and rolled-up sleeves. They are swift and playful, using their halfling nimbleness to dart between guests without spilling a drop of ale. The pair are cousins, and always up to some mischief.
