Arthol Tedius does the nock and fletching. He trades regularly with local bird specialisits to obtain the finest feathers and occasionally makes trips outside the city to search out new varieties of feathers.
Aldegott Sprig makes the shafts and arrowheads. The most balanced and perfect arrrows get Carbelium arrowheads.
A “True Strike” spell (gives ADV on attack rolls) from local mages is available at an extra cost (20gp per arrow/bolt: cost plus 100% markup).
