Description

Just outside Judgement Gate, this hill has seen many deaths over the years. At the top of the hill there is a set of gallows that have been used for decades by the courts of Haven. It is not unusual to see a tumbrel on its way from the Grey Halls to the hill, or even from the Black Halls if there if a quick execution has been ordered.

While not quite the spectator sport they used to be, citizens will still be drawn to the hill when there is a specially interesting “customer”.
