Description

Lotto Hamhocker’s breads, cakes and pies are without peer in the city, and his ovens operate day and night to keep pace with the burgeoning customer demand.

Exterior

Anyone passing by the open shop doorway who has not eaten in the last half hour (or is without funds) will have an almost insatiable urge to enter and hopelessly gorge himself (WIS saving roll at -4 to avoid the urge).

Once a character orders and tastes one of these ambrosial morsels, he will continue to reorder until they: 1. make a normal WIS saving roll

  1. run out of money, or

  2. stuffs himself to a point where he can barely waddle back into the street in which case they will be at -6HP and 1/4 movement for 1d8 hours (reduce time by half if CON saving roll is made).

When the lines in the shop grow long and the tempers of the customers seem to be growing short, Lotto’s wife Mella will take out her fiddle and provide a pleasant diversion.
